My husband and son really enjoyed the taste of the chicken and I did have Angel Hair pasta and sliced tomatoes with it. I will definitely try the sauce with fish or shrimp one day. | Comments: | I saw you at the Houston's Black Expo and enjoyed your cooking demonstration of pan seared garlic chicken that had the mixed greens (I didn't know you could cook salad ). I brought the oil and marinate that you used to cook the chicken can't wait to make it at home. It was really delicious. I've raved about it so my family can't wait to have it. Also, we eat pretty healthy alreay, I hooked on cooking show and finding new ways to eat good tasting food without all the fat of traditional soul food.
